LolliBop's brand new book area for the 2014 festival is presented by Ladybird and Puffin. The Lolli Library will be packed with books for children up to the age of 10 to get away from the crowds and spend some quiet time reading. We're really looking forward to spending some time out relaxing with a book or two! There is also a fun filled programme of activities and storytelling events including:
Mayhem with Dennis the Menace! Author, Steven Butler, brings the world of Dennis the Menace to life with fun and games.
Peter Rabbit An interactive puppet show. The Pickle is bound to love this (he's a big Peter Rabbit fan!)
Spot the Dog Storytelling activities and a chance to meet Spot - ideal for preschoolers.
Ladybird Live Celebrating the joy of storytelling and arts and crafts which encourage children to engage with the stories.
Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre Swizzfiggling tales and fantabulous crafts celebrating the 50th anniversary of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. This is something I'm sure The Princess will be joining in with as she loves reading Roald Dahl books at the moment.
