LolliBop and Southbank Centre have
joined forces to create a brand new area for the UK’s biggest children’s
festival – Join In with Southbank Centre.
The area curated
by Southbank Centre has been developed to create an experience of interactive,
engaging and creative fun family experiences.
Highlights of Join In with Southbank Centre, include
a Pirate Training School, a Giant Dressing Up Box, Bollywood Dance,
Walkabout Whiskers and Junk
Orchestra.
For the under 3s there are singalong sessions with Voicelab, Rug Rhymes from the regular
sell out session from Southbank Centre’s Poetry Library, dough modeling, soft play and baby yoga.
Older kids will
love the Big Sing workshops, quick
flash hula-hoop performances, Hip Hop
Dance with Zoo Nation, ‘one of the uk’s hottest dance companies’, beatboxing and
Southbank Centre’s regular storyteller Vanessa
woolf.
You'll be able to create a pop video with Boogaloo Stu, join the Car Boot Disco Bingo, or create beautiful decorations at the Crafternoon Cabaret Club - there's something for everyone!
